WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit cards which are processed securely using STRIPE. Please ensure you have adequate funds in your account before placing an order.

DO I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation via the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and double check you entered your email address properly. If you still haven’t received it after 24 hours please email us.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU ACCEPT?

All prices listed on our site are set with your Geo-location. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the current exchange rates.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We do not currently offer returns or exchanges simply for change of mind. We are more than happy to exchange your item or issue a credit note if there is a notable problem or flaw with your purchase. Please email us if there is a problem with your order.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Please do not send the item(s) back without giving us notice first. If we receive items back in the condition they were sent, there should be no issue. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, and original shipping charge cannot be refunded.

If the item you received is damaged, please contact us ASAP. We’ll work with you on either a replacement or a refund if deemed appropriate after a review.

Please note that after the 30 days neither a refund nor a replacement can be given. Sale items and custom pieces are not returnable. Please do not DM us on social media for concerns on your order—please use our contact form for better communication

WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

As much as it sucks, orders can occasionally (but luckily rarely!) go missing in action. We are a small, independent company, and as such we can’t accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen or lost by the postal service where your shipping method is untracked. If such is the case, please email us at pins@leerick.ca and we will work with you to find a solution.

 

WHAT IS THE STANDARD SHIPPING?

Standard shipping applies to all orders in Canada, USA & Europe orders.  Your order will still be packed carefully and insulated for protection. Pins will be shipped in a bubble mailer to ensure it arrives safely. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for late or missing deliveries.
